The Advanced Strength Program (ASP) can be completed separately or following the Beginners Strength Program. The ASP is an 8week foundations program that focuses on stability as well as hypertrophy and muscular endurance.
It includes daily workouts, challenges and some pretty awesome ‘for time’ workouts! If you’re lacking motivation jump onto our Facebook group and meet other people who are doing the same program!
This program has been carefully designed to help those who are ‘Not as fit as they use to be” get back on track.
The program was written by our in house Exercise Scientist, Glenn Phipps, Glenn is a master in his field, he helps elite athletes reach new levels in performance and has a tonne of experience behind him.
