About the program:
This Beginner's Strength Program is here to help those who are ‘Not as fit as they used to be”. The program will help you to get back on track with your training and fitness goals. The program, is written by our in house expert and exercise scientist, Glenn Phipps. Glenn is a master in his field and the fitness industry, training elite athletes to reach new levels in performance. He has a tonne of experience and expertise behind him.
 
The program splits into 3 x 2 week blocks, so 6 weeks in total and contains a range of daily workouts and challenges. Download the PDF and check it out for FREE! Also see our Facebook group to meet others who train with AUSFIT Torsion Bars from around the world.

Advanced Strength Program
The Advanced Strength Program (ASP) is an 8 week foundation’s program. ASP focuses on stability as well as hypertrophy and muscular endurance. Attempt ASP on it’s own or following the Beginner’s Strength Program.
 
The program includes daily workouts, challenges and some pretty awesome ‘for time’ workouts!
